This is what it sounds like - a physical place to replenish - and relax, restore, and rebalance. It's especially for deserving mental health practitioners, which is every single one of you.
Maintaining your wellbeing is important. It's hard to say why our wellbeing is last on the list from a systemic perspective, but Interception wants to change this. All we care about is your wellbeing so you feel supported through a happy, healthy professional life.

Long term sustainability is about care, protection, and an understanding of the system with which you are employed.
Imagine a spa-like center with you in mind. Do you sit in the sauna in the dead of winter listening to a rebalancing meditation or do a restorative yoga session? Maybe a massage is more your style. You can find it all in the replenishment center.

Once becoming involved with Lagom, you have the opportunity to have a needs assessment completed if you would like a more structured experience. You would be provided information that would help you understand your vulnerabilities to staying strong and steady in the field, and would be connected to helpful options.

"The Village" - Mutual Aid
Free
Do you ever wish you had a group, or "A village" of colleagues that you could depend on? A group where things are reciprocal with an all-for-all mentality?
The Village mutual aid approach includes voluntary and collaborative exchanges of resources and services for the common or individual benefit and take place amongst community members to overcome social/emotional barriers to meeting common or individual needs.
Imagine being so overloaded that all you want is to do go to your favorite book club or spend time peacefully alone free of the worlds problems or demands. Maybe you've dreamt about have 3 solid hours to yourself, but your mother needs constant care and you don't feel like you can leave her alone.
Let's imagine "The Village" is gathered together and you muster up the courage to ask for help. The request is Wednesday night from 5-8. To your surprise, you have a number of Villagers who want to help. One takes the first Wednesday, another says "I'll take the second", another the third. And just like that, your community has provided a much needed respite, something you only dreamt about and couldn't accomplish on your own.
Because these wonderful souls have contributed to your wellbeing, Interception wants to contribute to theirs. Every time a Villager offers assistance, they are bestowed a ticket that can be used in the Replenishment Center for their own benefit.

None of us went to school for business and yet many of us are the CEO's of our own business. Do you have a good tax accountant that can explain how money works and how you can deduct expenses for you and your business? All expenses that AID YOU in having a thriving business.

There will be 8-10 offices available for year-long leases in the same building as The Replenishment Center and The Village. You can have a front row seat to wellbeing.
All offices are are equip with a desk, desk chair, a file cabinet, a couch and/or chairs for clients.
You will have at your disposal people who are focused on the wellbeing of the whole.
